No baby is too old to have photos taken! The only reason newborn photographers suggest to do them in the first two weeks is that’s when babies are sleepiest. As babies get older and are more alert and awake, newborn photographers might not be able to safely pose your baby in specific props.
However, if your baby is a little more on the awake side, I’ll simply pivot and incorporate props that I can safely place your baby in. We can always capture photos of your precious baby at any age!
So if you are wondering if you’ve missed the newborn window for newborn photos, that answer is 99% of the time no you have not! I can photograph babies for newborn photos up until about 6 weeks or so.
